Roderick Cook

Roderick joined ELC as a Philly Fellow in July 2016. As the project coordinator of the Homeless Education Advocacy Program, their focus is on building ELC’s capacity to serve youth experiencing homelessness through legal clinics, advocacy trainings, listening sessions, and more. They graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2016 with a degree in Gender, Sexuality, & Women’s Studies. Roderick is excited to bring their passion for and experience with LGBTQ advocacy and activism, particularly transgender and gender non-conforming communities and issues, to the Education Law Center.
